Co- Owner Adriana Pérez Benatar oversees each restaurant’s interior design, works with the culinary team on food presentation/aesthetics and manages all marketing initiatives. Her passion for the culinary arts and hospitality is evident in every aspect of our operations, ensuring our customers always have an unforgettable experience.




CEO Cesar Olivo is the visionary behind 11 Ktchn, with a passion for exploring new opportunities in the F&B realm and dedicated to creating innovative concepts mean to elevate food and drink in the Magic City.He is also a wine enthusiast and a connoisseur of cocktails, meticulously curating our wine list and creating provocative cocktails that both satisfy the palate and engage the imagination..



COO Samuel Pérez Benatar is a talented electrical engineer and IT specialist who brings to the table the unique ability to identifying the most ideal tools and strategies to streamline 11 Ktchn operations and optimize efficiency.

From the desk of Adriana Perez Benatar: With over a combined 28 years of industry experience, my team and I specialize in developing polished casual restaurant concepts that put a premium on the harmony between great food & drink, design, and ambiance.


We firmly believe that quality and freshness should be the cornerstone of our menu offerings. Over the years, we have successfully launched a variety of restaurants that offer unique and stylish dining experiences regardless of the concept itself or the location.


We take great pride in creating inviting spaces that are comfortable and visually appealing, and we are always searching for innovative ways to enhance our guests’ experiences.


Cesar and I opened our first restaurant when we were in college in Caracas, Venezuela back in 1995. It was an innovative fast-food concept that offered gourmet hot dogs. It sounds offbeat, we know, but it gradually grew in popularity and eventually expanded to 18 restaurants nationwide, 10 of which were company-owned, eight franchised.


We eventually ventured into other countries -- Costa Rica and Spain -- where we opened sushi restaurants in 2002. As time passed and politics changed, we faced various challenges, and the time to bid farewell to our hot dog concept.


Samuel, my brother, joined our company and, in 2004, we rebranded and introduced Salsa Fiesta, a Mexican concept that proved to be a tremendous success. As the political situation in Venezuela continued to worsen, Cesar and I decided to leave the country we knew and loved and moved to Miami in 2008.


The following year, we opened our first restaurant in Miami, adapting the Salsa Fiesta concept to suit the American market with a quick-service approach, which allowed us to expand and grow to 10 units.


In October 2019, we fulfilled a long-time dream of opening a full-service restaurant with the kind of food we enjoy cooking, eating, and sharing with friends and family. This new venture was Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura, Florida, and it marked the start of a new chapter for us and laid the groundwork for what would become 11 Ktchn Hospitality Group.


Since we launched RKB in 2019, we have gone on to introduce several new and varying restaurants including Korner 67 in Miami Lakes; Blind Tiger, our sushi and omakase speakeasy, located behind Reunion KB in Aventura, and, our latest venture, Petite Comite in Miami. Everything we do is designed to exemplify our commitment to exceptional food, drink, service, and atmosphere.


Our upcoming project, Attar in Hallandale Beach, will be no exception. It is still a work in progress but we are excited to share more when the time is right.
